I don't think CAA is a good company, my van was towed to the mechanic in good condition. I discovered that when the van got to the mechanic, the tow truck driver has bumped into my van trying to push the van into the parking lot. I called CAA and they are telling me, the blue mark on my van is not the color of CAA.
Where the hell did they get that from
I have already called my lawyer I will see them in court.
CAA SUCKS

i don't understand this guy first he is saying it was J.A. towing then J.K. towing and how come caa is responsible for other competetor companies who damaged his van caa is really good to me i called them two times this year and they arrived in 15-20 minutes and towed my car. i was very happy.

Well right now I have nothing good to say about CAA either. I called to have my car towed from one city to another approx a 1/2 hr drive one way via the highway. I first placed my call at 5:00, it is now 8:15 and still have no one here to give me a tow. Every time I call dispatch keeps telling me that I am next on the list and it has not happened yet. If they do not get here by 9pm I am going to call my own towing company and when I get the bill I am going to send it to CAA. I called and logged a complaint about this rediculous service, and they to stated someone will be calling me in 48 hours. This is a bunch of crap!
